Formats Using all Holes
(9)/(18) Modified Stableford: Gross/Net If you get an eagle you get 4 points; birdie 2 points, par 1 point, bogey 0 points, double bogey loses a point, and worse than double bogey loses 2 points.
(9)/(18) Match vs Net Par: Net. Your target will be calculated for each hole (par plus allocated handicap strokes). If you beat the target you win the hole and get a point; if your score is higher than the target, you lose the hole and lose a point; and if you match the target you tie the hole with no points. The winner is the person with the most points at the end of the round.

Partner Games
(9)/(18) Blind Partner Best Ball: Gross/Net After play is completed, partners will be randomly assigned and the lowest score on each hole will be used.
(9)/(18) Partner Best Ball Gross/Net Before play you’ll be assigned a partner and the lowest score on each hole will be used.
(9)/(18) Odd-Even Partner: Gross/Net Before play you’ll be assigned a partner and you will determine which of you will provide the team score on odd holes and which on even holes. Mark that on your card before beginning play
(9) Four and Four: Gross/Net Before play you’ll be assigned a partner. Upon completion of each hole, you will declare whose score you will use. You are required to use a minimum of four scores of each player so you may be forced into not always using the best team score.
(18) Eight and Eight: Gross/Net Before play you’ll be assigned a partner. Upon completion of each hole, you will declare whose score you will use. You are required to use a minimum of eight scores of each player so you may be forced into not always using the best team score.
Three or Four Person Team Games
(9)/(18) 1-2-3 Gross/Net Use best score on par 5s, 2 best on par 4s and 3 best on par 3s.
(9)/(18) Cha Cha Cha Gross/Net On hole #1 use the best score, on hole #2 use the best 2 scores and on hole #3 use the best 3 scores. Repeat with one score on #4, two scores on #5, three scores on #6, one score on #7, two scores on #8…….
Formats Requiring Other Scorekeeping
(9/18) Fewest putts - keep your score and count putts, game will look at fewest putts
(9/18) No putts - keep your score and count putts, game will look at gross or net score minus the putts
(9) Drive for Show – Putt for Dough. If your drive is in the fairway (or on the green for par 3s) you get 5 points, otherwise only 3 points. The subtract the number of putts you take on the hole to get your game score for the hole. Example: drive in the fairway, 2 putt = 5-2=4 points. Drive misses the fairway and you three putt 3-3 = 0. It is possible to have a negative score on a hole.
(18) BINGO Cards will be prepared with the eighteen holes and a number of wild spaces randomly ordered in 5 columns and 5 rows as a BINGO card. If you score a net par you can X out that box; if you score a net birdie you can X out a wild, if you do worse than net par, you do not get to claim the box.
Side Games
We currently do net Pay Ball once/month. These other side games can be added if there is any interest.
(9)/(18) Skins (Pay Ball) –Gross/Net win the hole with the lowest score, no ties. If there is a tie there is no payout on that hole.
Fewest Putts – keep track of your total putts taken from on the green.
(9)/(18)) Nassau Net or Gross Prize split three ways - best front nine, best back nine, best total score [one person could win all three]. Tie breaker will use net or gross on holes in h/c order starting with the #1 handicap hole.
(9)/(18) One Ball Low Net Lowest net score among those women who lose no balls that day
(9)/(18) Blind Target: After play is complete a random number between 60 and 90 will be drawn; the person scoring net closest to that number wins. Tiebreaker will use net scores on holes in handicap order starting with the handicap #1 hole.
(9)/(18) Know your Game: Before you start, make your guess about what gross score you will get that day. The person scoring closest to her prediction wins. Tiebreaker will use total net score. If still tied, we’ll use number of net pars.
(9)/(18) Eclectic Gross/Net All of your scorecards for a given time period (a select month or the season) will be compiled to show the best score you’ve had on each hole.
